Terms of service

These terms cover access to ArcSolar, operated by Argonix Digital Pty Ltd, by solar retailers and their teams.

Access

ArcSolar is provided to businesses under a direct agreement with Argonix Digital, not sold as a self-serve subscription. Access, scope and pricing are agreed with each customer individually.

Acceptable use

The platform is provided for managing genuine solar and battery sales, installation and service activity. Accounts are for the business they were issued to and should not be shared outside that business.

Payments

Customer deposits and payments made through ArcSolar are processed by Stripe on PayTo or AU BECS Direct Debit rails. ArcSolar does not store full payment card or bank account details.
