Privacy policy

This policy covers the personal information ArcSolar (operated by Argonix Digital Pty Ltd) collects while running the platform for solar retailers and their customers.

What we collect

Customer contact details, quote and job information, site photos and video supplied for an installation, call and message records, and payment status (not full card or bank details, which are handled directly by our payment processor).

Who we share it with

ArcSolar is built on a small number of named infrastructure providers, each processing a specific part of the platform:

• Stripe, for deposit and payment processing
• Telnyx, for calling, SMS and voicemail
• Meta, when a lead arrives through a Meta Lead Ad
• Supabase, for authentication, database and file storage
• Resend, for transactional email
• Google Maps, for site addresses and mapping
• Cloudflare Stream, for hosting internal training video

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@argonix.com.au.
